The ServiceNow Solutions Partner Program empowers partners like Pathways to build, market and implement Enterprise Service Management solutions and deployments of ServiceNow.

As part of the program requirements, Pathways ensures that it goes over and above to meet the partner criteria outline. All individuals who are a part of the Pathways deployment team are trained and certified in various areas such as System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Discovery, Orchestration, ServiceWatch, ServiceNow Express and more. Additionally, many individuals also carry various other process certifications, such as ITIL.

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Rating

ServiceNow is 100% committed to customer satisfaction and holds its partners to the same high standard. Therefore, there is great reliance on feedback from customers to provide a rating on the services provided by Partners and it is mandatory for Partners to ensure their customers are measuring them.

ServiceNow Customers will receive Satisfaction Surveys and are asked a number of questions to rank their satisfaction with a score from 0 to 10, with 10 being the highest. Solutions Partners are required to maintain a score of 8 to qualify and maintain their partner level.
